Refund policy
At SMTSPOT, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable products. The following rules apply:
- Before returning any items, please contact our customer team at (support@smtspot.com) to let us know your problem. We will take quick and appropriate action to assist you. All products shall not be returned without prior authorization from SMTSpot.
- Standard products: Returns are accepted within 3 days of receipt for all standard products. A return shipping fee may apply.
- Equipment: Returns are accepted within 3 days of receipt only if the package is not opened. A restocking fee applies to returns and cancellations after the equipment is shipped from the SMTSPOT warehouse. Small equipment is subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee; large equipment is subject to a 40% restocking fee.
- Custom products: non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Returns on items received after these time periods are accepted at our discretion.
- Bulk purchases or custom orders are final. No returns will be granted.
- SMTSPOT reserves the right to determine the condition and salability of returned items.
- Refunds will be issued to your original form of tender or SMTSPOT credit.
